Your license
SermonReelsPro is sold as a one-time license ($499 founding / $799 standard) for use by a single church or ministry. You own the license — there is no subscription. The license is delivered as a code you activate inside the app.
Free trial / demo mode
The app ships in demo mode and processes two full sermons with a watermark before activation. The trial is provided “as is” so you can evaluate the software before buying.
Payment & license delivery
Payments are processed securely by Stripe, our payment provider; we don’t store your card details. After purchase, your license code is sent to the email address you provide at checkout. For now, codes are issued manually and may arrive within a few hours rather than instantly — this is noted on your purchase confirmation. You are responsible for any taxes that apply in your jurisdiction.
Bring-your-own-key billing (please read)
SermonReelsPro uses Anthropic’s Claude API with your own Anthropic API key. That means:
- You are responsible for your own Anthropic charges. AI usage (typically ~$1–3 per sermon) is billed by Anthropic directly to your Anthropic account, under Anthropic’s pricing and terms.
- We do not bill, mark up, or control those charges and are not a party to your agreement with Anthropic.
- You are responsible for keeping your API key secure and for any usage made with it on your machine.
Connecting social accounts (TikTok)
SermonReelsPro can optionally upload your reels to TikTok using TikTok’s Content Posting API. If you connect a TikTok account:
- You authorize the app through TikTok’s own sign-in, and uploads go to your own TikTok account as private drafts for you to review and post.
- Your use of TikTok is also governed by TikTok’s Terms of Service; you’re responsible for the content you upload and for complying with TikTok’s policies.
- SermonReelsPro is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by TikTok.
Acceptable use
Use the software lawfully and for legitimate ministry or church-content purposes. Don’t resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the software, and don’t share your license code publicly.
Refunds
Because the free trial lets you process two full sermons (watermarked) before you pay, you can fully evaluate SermonReelsPro before buying. For that reason, all purchases are final and refunds are not offered once your license code has been issued. We do want you up and running, though — if the app isn’t working for you after purchase, email john@sermonreelspro.com and we’ll do our best to make it right.
No warranty
The software is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Output quality depends on your hardware, your source sermon, and the AI model. We don’t guarantee specific results.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SermonReelsPro and U-Turn World Ministries are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for third-party charges (including Anthropic API costs) incurred through your use of the software.
Changes & governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which U-Turn World Ministries is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
